Downtown Housing Study

In 2006, WRC conducted a survey of the regional area to gauge the interest in living in downtown Wilmington; what could be improved to attract more residents; and what sets it apart as a fantastic place to live.

The results showed that there is a great interest in urban living and that Wilmington fits the needs of many individuals looking to live downtown.

Wilmington Opinion Survey

The Wilmington Renaissance Corporation (WRC) conducted a Wilmington Opinion Survey from the end of October 2006 through November 2006.

The survey results are key to gaining a greater understanding about the public's perceptions, misperceptions, feelings, suggestions and opinions about the City of Wilmington.
