Downtown Fall Fest
In for a treat?

Last year was the first year the Downtown Fall Fest was held on Market Street--and it was a great success!
This year, the free, family-friendly event is back! It will be held on Saturday, November 7.
Local art vendors will sell everything from homemade jewelry to candles and artwork while local restaurants and other food vendors offer up tasty meals!
From 5th to 9th Streets, Market Street will be lined with a multitude of kids activities from a hay bale maze and moon bounces to hayrides and face painting. Live entertainment will be in every block.
The Grand Opera House will have Quick Change shows on stage that will use humor and fun to tell the history of The Grand! The stage by the entrance will feature Family Karoake all day and a special singing contest (with prizes!) at 2 p.m.!
On the lower end of Market Street, Delaware Historical Society will keep with their maritime theme (the current exhibit is maritime-oriented) and display contemporary and antique boats. In addition, Willingtown Square will highlight community organizatins and have activities like a scavenger hunt, knot tying and more!
Parking will be available in all of the Colonial Parking and Wilmington Parking Authority lots and garages in the area for a flat rate.
The parking mape is downloadable from this page (to the right).
This is a day of free admission, free activities and fall fun for everyone!
