City Restaurant Week

In its fifth year, City Restaurant Week returned to Wilmington April 27 to May 2, 2009.

The week-long celebration of eating and quality dining in 10 downtown and riverfront restaurants included two-course lunches for $15 and three-course dinners for $35.

• Washington Street Ale House

Chef's Table on April 27

New in 2009 was the Chef's Table. Enjoy a 5 course meal with up to 11 of your friends and personal attention from the chef. It doesn't get any better than that! More details and tickets are available at CityRestaurantWeek.com but hurry as there is only one chef's table per restaurant!

Dine Around on May 2

The week culminated with a dine-around for $60. Dine-around participants experienced a three-course meal with each course taking place at a different restaurant.

Reservations for the entire week are reccommended and tickets are necessary for the dine-around. They can be purchased online at CityRestaurntWeek.com.
